We require photo proof of the damaged item. Please email us at hello@theteelife.com and attach a clear photo of the damaged area.
Due to the custom nature of our items, returns are not accepted.
While we work with the highest rated print-on-demand providers, errors can happen in the printing process. Replacement for a damaged item is covered by our Quality Guarantee.
