Because each item is printed to order especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review our Fit & Size Guide before ordering.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email hello@theteelife.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right at no additional cost to you.

We know unexpected things can happen. If there’s an issue with your order that isn’t covered above, please reach out. We’re a small business and are always happy to take a look and see how we can help.

Items that have been worn or washed are not eligible for replacement. Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is authorized, we’ll provide instructions and the appropriate return address.
